Open Yoga Class

Come join our open yoga class in which you will learn the basics of Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is a classical yoga style that focuses on balancing body and mind through postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. The word “Hatha” is a portmanteau of the Sanskrit words for “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), symbolizing the balance between opposing forces such as yin and yang. The exercises are often performed slowly, allowing more time to feel and correct the posture, making it a powerful practice for beginners.
