Halloween may not be a traditional Azorean celebration, but over the years it has found a lively home on Pico — thanks in part to returning emigrants and the growing global popularity of the season.
Across the island, several Halloween parties and themed events will take place between October 30 and November 1, bringing costumes, music, and plenty of community spirit to local venues.
